General Information

• Minimum age for trail rides is 6 years (lead rides available for younger children).
• Maximum weight of rider 102 kg.
• Riders must wear long pants and suitable, enclosed footwear.
• Helmets are supplied. You are welcome to bring your own riding helmet provided it is current Australian safety standard. 
• Cash and major credit cards (Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard) are accepted. 
• Please ensure you arrive thirty minutes prior to the scheduled ride departure time. 
• Bookings are essential.  A deposit of 50% may  be requested at the time of booking.  Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another day provided at least 24 hours notice of cancellation is given.  Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in  deposits being forfeited.  Deposits are taken on a per person basis.
• All of the rides are on trails and  are suitable for beginners.  However, we recommend children who have not done much riding be at least 10 years for the two hour ride.
• We take groups of mixed ability to enable families, couples etc to ride together.  Experienced riders are able to break away from the group and go for a trot and canter on designated areas of the trail. 
•  Young children who are beginners may be on a lead from the trail leaders horse.
• All rides are escorted by trail leaders.  We do not hire our horses out for unescorted rides.
• All of our horses are very well looked after and we often receive compliments about the condition and behaviour of our horses.  We like to think they are so well behaved because they are happy!
