Our undercover area includes individual mounting bays for all horses, a safe demonstration zone and horse wash down facilities.
Thunderbird Park offers a range of facilities and activities, including a fully licensed bar and
restaurant, kiosk, cafe, swimming pool, running creek, Thunderegg fossicking, mini golf, Adventure
Parc, bushwalking and Laser Skirmish to entertain both children and adults.
Bringing Your Own Horse
A covered day yard is available for customers wanting to bring their own horse, and a number of yards are available for overnight stays. Contact us for further details.
Pony Parties
Treat your child to a birthday party they will remember forever!
With the help of skilled staff, young people can groom our horses or ponies and then venture out on
a ½ hour trail ride, followed by lunch on the Terrace or in the Restaurant:

Pony parties are available on weekends at 11am for a minimum of 6 children. The cost is $52 per
child (including lunch).
Picnic Hampers
Enjoying a romantic getaway? Celebrating something special with the one you love? Order a picnic
hamper and indulge yourself after your ride!
Just $79, your hamper includes antipasto platter, sandwiches, sweets, juice, champagne and water!
Facilities at Woodstock provide a traditional farm experience with hitching rails under the trees to
tie the horses, a barn for our riding tack, and lots of open space with breath taking views.
Riding Lessons
Group and private riding lessons are now available in Woodstock's outdoor arena.
Our riding instructor has studied classical dressage in Spain and Portugal and returns frequently
to these countries to further her skills. Kassie has been riding for 20 years and has competed
successfully in most fields of equestrian including eventing, showjumping, dressage, endurance,
sporting and hacking. Kassie has performed in El Caballo Blanco and The Horseman from Snowy
River Show where she trained horses to perform in liberty as well as under saddle. With an eye for
detail, an amazing understanding of horses, and fabulous communication skills, her guidance will
help students of all ages and capability will increase their knowledge and riding proficiency!
Private lessons:

1 hour - $55
Group lessons:
½3; hour - $25
1 hour - $40

Picnic and BBQ Facilities
Don't rush off! Bring a picnic or BBQ lunch to enjoy after your morning ride! Each sheltered picnic
site has its own rainwater tanks, gas BBQ hot plate, sink and built in pantry! Toilets close by!
The cost of $5 per person to use these facilities goes directly to Evolve, a charitable organisation
helping to keep kids on track.
Camping and Bunkhouse Accommodation
Joining us on a ½ day ride? Why not make a night of it and stay to bask in the peace and serenity
at the farm. You can watch the sun sink below the horizon and see countless stars in a night sky
unaffected by city lights!
Camp at the sheltered picnic sites (see above) where you can sit around a campfire. You can bring
your own tents ($15 per person) or use Evolve's ($25 per person).
Not into camping? Stay in the original farmhouse! Features include fully equipped kitchen facilities,
hooded gas BBQ on a large veranda where you can eat while watching the cows graze in the
distance, 4 bedrooms (2 with 3 single ensembles, and 2 with 3 bunk beds) and lounge areas. Bring
the family, or a group of friends or colleagues and enjoy the night around a huge campfire! BYO
linen, food and drinks and pay only $30 per person per night!
A cleaning bond of $50 is charged for group bookings. This will be refunded if the farmhouse is left
as it was found.
All money for accommodation goes to Evolve!
Bring Your Own Horse
Do you have your own horse but want to ride somewhere different? Ride with us at either location
for $25 per day. If you're staying overnight, bring your own feed and pay an extra $10 and use our
paddocks.
Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for injuries or illness sustained by your horse
whilst they on our sites, no matter what the cause.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase and can either be posted or emailed.
Valid for 12 months, they make a wonderful present!
Reward Cards
Plan to visit us regularly? Why not ask for a Rewards Card and after 6 paid rides, get your 7 th ride
free! Conditions apply.
Helmets and Riding Boots
Riding boots and riding helmets which meet Australian Safety Standards are available at both sites at
no extra cost. Hair nets are also available should you choose to wear one
Socks
For health reasons, customers are required to wear socks. If you forget yours, we have them
available for purchase for $3 per pair.

Thunderbird Park offers a range of facilities and activities, including a fully licensed bar and restaurant, kiosk, café, rock pools to swim in, Thunderegg mining, mini golf, Adventure Parc, bushwalking and Laser Skirmish.
A range of accommodation is also available including caravan and camping through Cedar Creek Lodges and Tamborine Mountain Caravan Park.
